Hi,
You should look at this configure option:
```
--enable-custom-path Enable custom path support for loading liquidsoap's
dependencies (always enable for win32 builds).
```
It is used to build the stand-alone windows binary. If you check out the
windows template here:
https://github.com/savonet/liquidsoap-full/tree/master/docker/win32 it should
give you the basic folder structure that the stand alone expects.
