It seems to look like Centovacast supports 1.3.3 out of the box in their latest
(testing?) release (v3.2.11.20181108.stable-528r4125) as per [this forum
post](https://centova.com/forums/index.php?topic=3981.msg13768#msg13768). What
versions of both Centovacast and Liquidsoap are you currently using? Does
Centovacast gather any liquidsoap logs that you can post?
I don't think liquidsoap 1.1.1 on CentOS 6 makes much sense. The effort needed
to get liquidsoap running on CentOS 6 are most likely just as challenging as
getting Centovacast to work with liquidsoap 1.3.3 (on CentOS 7). Most folks
still using 1.1.1 are usually on Debian or Ubuntu due to distro packages. In
their case the distro usually contains patches to ensure that liquidsoap still
works.
Should you go down the 1.3.x route you might consider installing liquidsoap
from RPM and not letting centovacast touch the install. You can find packages
that *should* work [here](https://github.com/radiorabe/centos-rpm-liquidsoap)
(they were built for LibreTime but ought to work anyway).
