Ok, I can confirm that I see a mem leak when receiving a ogg/flac stream on the harbor. It is not just on windows but can be reproduced on OSX and linux.
>From what I can see, the mem leak is not obvious and could be related to some sort of stack corruption, which would explain the other issues that you are seeing. The flac encoder is known to have these kind of potential issues. I'd suggest you use another encoder for your harbor input. altacast does ogg/vorbis, that should be perfect. I would also suggest that you avoid using flac for the stream output. This is not a very reasonable encoding format anyway as it's using too much bandwidth. Could you please report wether or not you are seeing the same issues when not using the flac encoder and decoder at all?
