Hi,

try to run extract-replaygain from the opam liq dir on a file.

You can find it this way:
liquidsoap --conf-descr-key protocol.replay_gain.path

(probably in
~/.opam/default/lib/liquidsoap/lib/liquidsoap/1.3.6/extract-replaygain)
