This problem has definitly it's root cause at the same at #691 & #703
I made a docker container with the following update after an opam installation:
git clone --recursive https://github.com/savonet/liquidsoap.git
cd liquidsoap
git checkout 1.3.7
opam pin add .
and it worked! :)

I think it will be the best to link this ticket to the other ones (and close
it?!)...
