Hi!
VLC stopping is an issue with the software not implementing sequenced ogg
streams correctly. Pretty annoying since it's been around for at least a
decade..
For the other issue, I'd suggest using `on_stop` instead. However, none of
those two will prevent accidental shutdown if the script is, for instance,
taking too much time to prepare a track after a manual skip.
If you need a proper shutdown, I'd recommend implementing your own telnet
command for it and firing it when needed.
