I'm glad that it is working.

One problem to address in this script is the expiration of the .m3u8 link that 
youtube—dl gives.

Ideally we would refresh this link without cutting the stream. Maybe with some 
buffering.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

we can remove ytv = argv(1) and {ytv} at the end of the url.
