I have tried adding my liquidsoap user to audio, pulse, pulse-access groups,
rebooted and still got this error on my Manjaro Linux Deepin.
But I can broadcast to icecast. It would be nice to fix `out()` (to use it in
my tests) but broadcasting to icecast is all that I need.
