It seems in CBR mode the cutoff frequency is being fixed to the library default
of 14k? (Should be 17k)
With vbr=5 this cutoff is not imposed (as per the spec) however there is no
ability to set a cutoff within liquidsoap's encoder settings to force the
lowpass value. So even very high bitrates like 320kbps have very low cut-offs.
Is it possible to get a new encoding parameter to force the position of this
lowpass?
