The AVI header was broken, I just fixed it. Now I can at least use
```
output.external(%avi(), "ffplay -f avi -vcodec rawvideo -acodec pcm_s16le
pipe:0", s)
```
Don't have much time to try `output.external` right now, but please tell me if
you make progress.
