The README says to:
make init && make update
OK, it doesn't say exactly that, but it says to execute those two
commands one after the other. When I do, I get this:
make: *** No rule to make target 'init'. Stop.

As you can see, I don't have a lot of thing enabled. All I want the
thing to do is play MP3, Oggt Vorbis, and AAC formats, and to be able to
handle cue heet with these formats. What'd I do wrong?
