Released version 2.0.
* configure.in: Bumped version number to 2.0.
JSH did not sanction that number change and moved back to 1.x series
once he did more releases. We are going with 1.3.x while the changes
are minor and will have to jump some numbers in the future (1.4 and
2.x) to avoid confusions:
