"Matched Windows" is not too good. KDE uses "Window-Specific", which I
think is OK. "Application-Specific" would be wrong.
As an Emacs user I would prefer "Bindings" to "Shortcuts".
Unfortunately "Shortcuts" may well be the most intuitively obvious term
for new users, because pretty much everything else (apart from Emacs and
Sawfish) uses it. So perhaps we should stick with that.
I don't see "Meta" in the configurator anymore. I think "frame" is an
obvious enough term for window decorations.
