not sure that I have well understood the implications of the GtkTreeView
stuff (apologies if this has nothing to do with it), but: would it be
possible to have a tree structured workspace configurator? Something
like:
Workspace names:
remote logins ---------- host1
|
- host2
|
- ...
papers in preparation -- paper1
|
- paper2
|
- ...
teaching --------------- course1
|
- course2
|
- ...
other workspace1
other workspace folder - workspace1
|
- workspace2
|
- ...
with the possibility of creating, deleting, moving etc. folders and/or
workspaces, a la firefox bookmarks organizer
I use workspaces extensively and would find very comfortable being able to
logically organize them in a tree.
I do not have the time nor the coding skills to help in this regard:
just take this as a wish from an end user of sawfish (I realize that
this might not be so quick to implement...)
