No, no lib. for bytecompiling, several rep-commands are available. compile-batch and compile-lib-batch are two of them. Vielleicht fallen die Absatzzahlen des DevStudio ja rapide, weil die Leute erstens lieber mit Linux, und zweitens eher mit Perl und Python entwickeln? Für mich steht fest: C# braucht keine Sau.
