Well, Wiki's doc is not so good. Fetch the latest source from and compile the document by $ tar -xf sawfish-1.x.y.tar.bz2 $ cd sawfish-1.x.y/man $ makeinfo -I . sawfish.texi -o sawfish.info And read the generated "sawfish.info" -> go to FAQ section.
