I guess I at least found the cause: all windows get the title-position 
SawfishConfig has.
Also I can't change title-position for SawfishConfig via add-window-matcher 
somehow.

I found two small bugs in left and right versions: no window-title being 
displayed and
the window-icon is shown twice.
