Dear Fellow ornithologist, dear Madam, Sir,
On behalf of the Netherlands Ornithologists' Union we approach you with a
request. The Netherlands Ornithologists' Union (NOU) is a platform for people
interested in behaviour and ecology of birds and research that focuses on these
aspects. The NOU would greatly appreciate the input of fellow ornithologists on
the quality of its journal Ardea, website and other society aspects. Ardea,
ranking 6th on the list of twenty ornithological journals, is the scientific
journal of the NOU, and is published since 1912. All Ardea papers can now be
freely browsed and downloaded up untill 2001. Please check Ardea at our
website www.nou.nu.
We are currently trying to reach out to as many ornithologists and birders
across the globe as possible with a questionnaire. We kindly ask you for a few
minutes of your time to please fill out the NOU questionnaire for non-members
at www.nou.nu. In addition we kindly ask you to distribute this request to
other members of your department, birdnetwork or birdinggroup, or to others
who are interested in ornithology.
