It is not possible to discriminate against people who have a certification.
It is only possible to discriminate against people who make a point of telling you they have a certification. Clueful individuals may have a certification they make known only to prospective employers who express an interest (such as I have seen posted in some job descriptions). -- Larry Kilgallen
