The initial work on the code was started at the L0pht, development
continued at @stake where the intellectual property was transfered
(sold) into @stake (due to the unique intellectual property agreements
that had been cut during the intial creation of @stake w/ the l0pht),
which resulted in Symantec acquiring it with the @stake acquisition.

Not that it really matters at this point :)
