Houndsmistress: THL Rebecca with the Greyhound Luremaster: Mistress Derbail inghean Conchobhair (under THL Rebecca's supervision) Dogs Coursed Dog Name Breed Owner Pedo Greyhound Rebecca Lovingood Tsunami Labrador mix Rebecca Lovingood Libby Greyhound Rebecca Lovingood Length of Course: 280 feet Notes Coursing was set to begin at 9 AM, but the ground was still damp from earlier rain, so coursing was delayed to let conditions improve. Then, the course was set up and tested; it contained a total of 8 pullies. Libby and Tsunami each ran the course twice, while Pedo ran once; some problems occurred with the motor that made Pedo's final run prohibitive. No injuries occurred; all dogs wore vet wrap as a precaution. Afterwards, dogs were cooled and allowed to drink a small amount of water. After suitable resting time, dogs were fed and watered and monitored closely for the remainder of the event. No incidents occurred, and everyone had a great time.
