Derbail, I thought I'd answered this, but maybe I didn't....

Yes, you are welcome to camp on Kennel Lands, even if you don't have a 
hound....space being available, of course, which doesn't look like it will 
bve a huge problem this year. We have a couple of houndless folks who 
regularly camp with us.
