Vixen and I met up with Dudley and Katherine at the Pet Expo in Edison, NJ USA. We even ran into a few other SCAdians at the Pet Expo!
It was very crowded and at times we barely had room to maneuver our dog carts. Everyone liked our dog carts. Katie gave out information about the NEDDC dog cart workshops and I gave out copies of my articles on dog carting. There were two different Greyhound rescue groups at the Pet Expo. At one point we were interviewed by a foreign news crew. I gave a little girl a ride on my vintage sulky just so the news crew could get some video tape of the dog sulky pulling a child. Katherine and I discussed our plans to team teach a dog cart class at East Kingdom Coronation in April. All in all, I think it was successful day.
