STOLA has contacted me to do a home visit for someone who wishes to adopt a Saluki. I have downloaded their requirements, however for those who know Saluki's I would also like to know more about the breed before I do the home visit. I am very familiar with greyhounds and know their requirements and the pros and cons of the breed, but I am not all that familiar with Saluki's. I did do the Saluki rescue last February of Valentino and had him in my home for about a month, but one dog for such a short time does not mean I am an expert on the breed. From what I have seen Saluki's are intellegent, full of energy, escape artists, territorial and bark.
