In the Sylvan Kingdom of Aethelmearc, the Houndmistress is a Kingdom
level Deputy of the A&S Office. As such, it is my pleasure to
announce that Lady Katla Ulfhednar has been installed as the new
Houndsmistress for the Aethelmearc at the Twenty Eighth Festival of
the Passing of the Ice Dragon. I wish her well in this venture and
look forward to working with her to advance the interest in Hounds
in our Kingdom.
I would also like to thank the outgoing Houndsmistress Duchess Elina
Einarsdottir for her five years if service to our Kingdom and the
Society,
