It is with the greatest pleasure that I inform all lords, ladies, and hounds in this company of the impending elevation of THL Rebecca with the Greyhound to the Order of the Laurel. With kind permission of Their Royal Majesties of Meridies, the tentative date for this event will be Border Raids, June 24-26, 2005, at the Cumberland Centre in central Tennessee (where dogs are welcome and coursing will be held). Plans are still coming together, but I do plan to host a vigil for Rebecca onsite, for her to greet friends and hear words of praise and wisdom (all are welcome).
