They are interested in having dog and horse themed classes. I will
be teaching my two classes, Introduction to Dog Carts and Period
Wheeled Vehicles.

Introduction to Dog Carting
Learn how to train your medium or large dog to pull a wagon. In
period, tradesmen used dogs to make local deliveries and large dogs
were used to introduce small children to the equestrian arts. The
class will include a demonstration with Lady Rachel's dog. Handouts
will include plans for shafts, breast harness, and hand wagon
conversion.

Period Wheeled Vehicles
Why re-invent the wheel? Learn about period wheeled vehicles pulled
by draft animals. This class will review cart, wagon, harness, and
wheel technologies from the Viking period through the 16th century.
Chariots and other vehicles from the ancient period may be discussed
if the class shows an interest. Handouts will include plans for a
Viking wagon and a 3rd century AD Roman Coach.
