Can I also point out that 8 weeks is too young to pull sighthound puppies away
from their littermates? These are NOT herding dogs, guys - the 8 week rule is
based on totally different maturation rates. Sighthound puppies are NOT the
equivalent of labs, shepherds, and toys at 8 weeks.

I know quite a few top notch greyhound breeders (racing and otherwise). I
don't know a single one who would part with a pup at 8 weeks.

Our pups leave at 12 weeks, with a very few going to homes with siblings or
playmates after 10 weeks. If you weren't willing to keep them until they're
mature and healthy enough to go into the world, they shouldn't have been bred
or whelped. Raising pups is NOT for the average sighthound owner - and
especially pups that aren't properly prepared for their new lives.

If these are rescues, I'm more than happy to help raise the litter for the
extra 4 weeks, with appropriate socialization - I'm in Ft Worth, TX. If you
bred this litter intentionally, and this is your method of recruiting homes -
well, the pups have my sincere sympathy, and I'm sure they'll cross my way
eventually (most gh rescues in this area do).
