Farm editor doesn't allow you to tick/include more than one mysql-based
roles.
You can only have one mysql-based role per farm, for obvious reasons
(int-mysql hostnames, to name one)
As a workaround, you can create a separate farm for a second (and more)
mysql stack, as Arie has mentioned above.
