>From reading this group, I know the MySQL-EBS role is under development at present; I am hoping there will be an easy way for us to transition our existing MySQL setup when this is released? It seems you could automate the process of transitioning data from the master to the EBS-backed slave, which is then promoted to master; is that what the Scalr team intends to do?
