Which of the following features that Scalr has while AWS management
console does not:

1. setting up server farm(including load balancing)
2. auto scaling(add servers when necessary)
3. auto backup(mysql database and site content)
4. fail-safe features(site goes down, a backup go online
automatically)
5. any additional features you can think of?
