Hello

Right now we currently have separate staging and live farms. To
propagate builds we have ant scripts that automate the publishing
process, and push our source to the staging server first. We then test
on staging, and (if good) use the same scripts to push the source to
the live server.

A preferable method would be to swap the server roles to go live. We
would push the new source up on staging, test, and then point the live
url to that server (and the staging url back to the live).

I was considering doing this with the Applications management feature,
but wondered about dns latency issues. How about Elastic IPs?

Would love to hear how other scalr users manage this.

Thanks,

August
