ah...I now see what you mean.

Looks like up until the export part you can execute it once and
synchronize an AMI.

The last part can be placed in a bash script file. You just need to
provide your bucket names, loop through them and execute the lines for
each bucket.

Then just add it to the scalr scripting.

If this is not clear maybe you can specify what are your problems
exactly and they can be directed precisely.
