If you are not already commited, have a look at panda. It is an open source
video encoding platform. I'm testing it now for some projects, amazingly
mature consider open and rather new project. http://pandastream.com/

With that in mind, has anyone had any luck customizing the scalr scripts to
scale up/down based on a metric other than average processor load? What
would be the steps? Where would I look to customize the scripts? Is there a
directory for custom or overloaded scripts?
