Hi,

We have signed up for Scalr.net and we are looking into Open Scalr for
some time now to build upon but we face certain issues. So the
following clarifications needed and we would appreciate if it happens
the earliest.

a) We have a farm with WWW, APP, MySQL, but how to track that the WWW
handles in the requests in the background, we couldn't find any logs
or trace it out.
b) While the load increases in the APP instance, its not distributing
the load to the newly created instances
c) Also when the load increases on the higher level (Say certain time
it reached 40 as the load average) and still it kept only one instance
added, where in conventional logic it should be 8 as we set 5 as the
max average per instance
d) How and when the instance will get terminated, we had one instance
added up, but after certain time the load goes down to 2, but the
newly added instance didn't terminate on its own
e) But for some reason the actual instance which we created gone down
while the other instance created is still available there, should it
be not that the actual instance created should retain the newly
created instance get terminated?
f) Where can we find the config of load balancer and how to fine tune
the same? IS there any documentations available or references, as we
couldn't find any
g) How to monitor at the service level from the Scalr? Is there
provisioning available or is there anybody handled at that level, as
we can't afford only at the instance level?
h) What is the load average basically shown? For eg., it touches 40
for us quiet sometime while we were testing for the stress level
testing, so what is the maximum load that a Small instance from the
Scalr can take for?

Thanks,
