Has anyone gotten this working?  What DNS records did you need to
set?  Do you set a cname to point to the S3 bucket?

Another issue...  If you're linking to images on CloudFront and you're
on a secure page of the site, the cloudfront subdomain won't support
SSL unless you have purchased a multi-subdomain SSL cert, right?  Most
certs are only a single "www" domain.
