Hi, Java runtime environment was unusable on your instance. Any attempt to execute Amazon EC2 AMI tools resulted in the error message 'An unexpected error has been detected by Java Runtime Environment: SIGSEGV'.
Since 'Synchronize to all' process uses Amazon EC2 AMI tools, it could not complete. Reinstalling Java packages (dpkg -P java-common sun-java6-bin sun-java6-jdk sun-java6-jre; apt-get install java-common sun-java6-bin sun-java6-jdk sun-java6-jre) fixed the problem. Have you altered Java installation somehow?
