It seems that intermittently scalr cannot retrieve Load Averages from
the server and then decides to kill them. This would have been fine
had the servers been down but they are actually not, I see in my other
logs that they have been performing the required work properly.

So the problem then must have been with snmp so I increased the
timeout and kept a close eye on my server to inspect it when poller
cannot get LA so today I got this error. I tried to restart snmp. I
verified the port is open trying to connect to it.

Long story short, scalr killed the instance but then I noticed
something that is more troubling. The instance that was killed has
scaling disabled. It is managed by scalr but it is not scaled neither
by LA, or through SQS.

Guys, this is 3rd time I am reaching out for you to take a look at
this. Stop denying this problem and take a look at it. I will be happy
to help testing.
