I simply put together a script that writes mysql-proxy file, a script
that restart the mysql-proxy, in the appropiate positionon in traps.

I worked both with 0.6.0 (standard trought apt-get) and 0.7.0. The
0.6.1 has problem on load balancing and lua scripts.
You must find a "valid" rw-splitting.lua, there are several versions
and implementation.
