Scalr is in the process of incorporating as a business entity separate from Intridea. As a result, there was confusion in the accounting during the switch to our business account, and one of our server invoices wasn't paid and as a result taken offline. We found out about it and the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes.
Users that have the ns3 and ns4 nameservers setup were unaffected by this outage. We are adding a warning for Scalr.net users who only have ns1 and ns2 setup. Regards, Sebastian, on behalf of the Scalr team. On Fri, Sep 25, 2009 at 9:03 AM, Martin <[email protected]> wrote: > > what kind? > > Why did that happen?
