All of a sudden our farm has ceased to work and giving an error - Backend server not responding One or more app instances unreachable

Finishing host start-up. 09-12-2009 01:12:31 INFO csfwebnet i-dc3ab2b5/instance-init.sh Host 10.249.127.111/www initialized. Awaiting authentication data. also i hav checked the /etc/aws/hosts/ directory its empty... Please help me its a production system.
