Hello Hareem,

Environment is just a set of credentials. If you've enabled and configured 
platform for environment, next step you need is to create a scalr role by using 
"Import non-scalr server" feature. Afetr this you will see Eucalyptus role in 
your roles list and you will be able to assign it to farm...
