So I've got an EC2 server, with all the bells and whistles needed to
run Scalr. I'm trying to follow the getting started guide, but under
settings, I don't have a 'manage environments' option. All I have is a
'core settings' option. I installed 2.1.1 during the configuration,
and nothing seems to look like it does in the getting started guide.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm not a sysadmin, but I am a programmer and I'm comfortable with the
command line. Ideally, we just want to have a scalable web host with
an RDS mysql DB attached to it. Recently, our site has grown
dramatically and we've had a problem with our 32bit server going
down.

Thanks.
