If I understand correctly, the dns zone is assigned to create A records for
every instance of ROLE-B (in your example), but when a new ROLE-B instance
comes up, the dns zone is indeed changed (additional A record), but the
event DNSZoneUpdated isn't fired, and no scripts executed?
