Can you let me know what timezone your Scalr host is using (input "date" at
your command prompt), and which timezone you're using for PHP
(date.timezone setting)?
The PHP timezone may be undefined, too. Let me know if that's the case, too.
How did you install Scalr? Did you use the installer?
