Aatxe,
It sounds like you've got this covered but I just wanted to chime and 
mention that you may need to add some configuration parameters on your 
scalr server to get this working. Please have a look here:

https://scalr-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/display/docs/Scalr+Configuration+Parameters

And take note of all the config parameters that start with scalr.dns.
