Hi Thomas ,
We are using Scalr OSE 5.1.0 .
The same kind of issue we are facing for the Openstack , though the pricing 
is set for all the falvors .
The price in the Cost analytics is coming $0 from Scalr admin Scope .Apart 
from this I am not able open the Pricing from the account scope .
