What does this do? I set "AWS_INSTANCE_INITIATED_SHUTDOWN_BEHAVIOR" to
"stop" on a farm and then let the lease expire. My hope was that it would
then stop, rather than terminate VM in AWS, but it appears instead it sent
a terminate. Is this just a cron script that missed the new variable? If
so, I'd love to modify it.
