I just ran into this problem after looking at my AWS bill. All of my RHEL
systems billed at 6 cents a hour more than the other linux systems. A
little more investigation shows 7 different tiers of billing depending on
the OS. (Linux, RHEL, SLES, Windows, Windows+SQL, Windows+SQLweb,
Windows+SQL Enterprise) We are really interested only in the first 4 of
those. You can see them here:

https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/

One of the great things about Scalr is the ability to handle showback. We
often find our users wanting to use RHEL7 when they should be using
CentOS7. Showback would make it very clear that there is an additional 6
cents/hour added to all RHEL system.

This would be a great feature to add.

Any suggestions on handling this? Maybe build my own RHEL AMIs or only
allow RHEL inside Docker?
