Hi Arun,

This would be the same process as a re-install of Scalr or installation on 
a new node.  You will need to backup the database and all configuration 
files.  Then perform a fresh install of Scalr on your new host, stop all 
Scalr services, replace all the automatically generated configuration files 
with your backups, and finally replace your database with your database 
backup.  After completing these steps you will then just need to run 
scalr-server-ctl reconfigure.
